They're dropping characters like its nobody's business

I swear my jaw dropped when I saw Lieutenant Kira get disarmed. Unpopular opinion, but I would love to see several of these characters we've got to know and love for 366 episodes + 4 movies die. The tension for each fight scene would skyrocket if we knew the good guys had an equal chance of dying as the bad guys. That's one thing we never had to worry about during the original run.

Same and since the manga is done, if the anime goes in a different direction it won't matter. It needs to have some stakes for the more important characters.

The remixed "On the Precipice of Defeat" while Ichigo gauged Quilge was soo cool and then "Nothing Can Be Explained" slow drums when the Aizen looking soul reaper was explaining the balance of souls maintained by Soul Reapers and destroyed by Quincy was sensational!!
The action is amazing and Quilge absorbing spiritual pressure was amazing!! His voice is perfectly expressing his confidence and Ichigo saying he was creepy was great! Also loved how Old man Genryusai talked to Mayuri and Uryu meeting Ryuken who came back after sooo long!!!
I remember I was also shocked when Kiba had that hole in his side!

so historically, no matter how you look at his sword... from the perspective of someone holding the hilt or the perspective of someone at the point of the sword... THE SYMBOLOLOGY is entirely valid. if you're holding the sword, you have strength in your hand. if you're facing the sword in combat, you are facing Death itself.

why do you think Kubo-sensei first CHOSE that shape to use? because of the symbology. his Bleachverse utilizes many different Asian and European religious and mythological references and symbols.

if you didn't already know, canon languages Kubo-sensei used in the manga were: English (Americanized) for the Fullbringers, Japanese for the SoulReapers, German for the Quincy, English (British) for Burn the Witch's Branch of the Soul Society, and Spanish for the Hollows. he has NEVER stated he particularly felt the Quincy were a neo-Nazi group.

Kubo-sensei himself is adding a duel to Part 2 that wasn't in the manga, so... are you going to gripe about that when it happens?

if the mangaka himself wants it to happen in the anime, it is the NEW canon. anybody that has been following Bleach's manga from back when it was originally published KNEW Kubo-sensei was being pressured by Shonen Jump and Shueisha to finish Bleach faster than he wanted to. so if he adds something, just be happy.
